Motorcyclist dies after wreck with car in Cedar Michigan

A motorcyclist died after being involved in a collision with a vehicle Thursday morning in Montcalm County.
Michigan State Police troopers were dispatched around 5:29 a.m. to the crash scene on M-46 near Cedar Lake Road, east of Edmore.The victim has been identified as 44-year-old Jody Bloss from Alma.The name of the car driver will be released upon completion of the investigation and review by the Montcalm County Prosecutor's Office.The Home Township Police Department, Richland Township Fire Department, Home Township Fire Department, Montcalm County EMS, and Montcalm County Road Commission assisted troopers at the scene.
