DUPONT, PA : 93-year-old woman dies after crash in Luzerne County on Friday, 24th November 2023

A crash on Interstate 81 in Luzerne County left a 93-year-old woman dead.

According to state police, the wreck happened around 12:15 p.m. Friday in the northbound lanes of Interstate 81 near Dupont.

A vehicle went off the road, hit an embankment, and flipped.

The three people in the vehicle were all taken to the hospital.
