Law enforcement officers are seeking witnesses to a fiery rollover crash on Interstate 91 that shut down the highway for hours Tuesday afternoon and may have included a second driver who fled the scene.
Troopers from the Troop H barracks in Hartford responded to a reported crash on I-91 south near Exit 44 around 1:25 p.m.
Connecticut State Police said a preliminary investigation indicated the collision involved two commercial-type vehicles.
