Grand Haven,MI : Office worker struck by car on GVSU campus on September, Thursday 28th 2017

A Grand Valley State University office worker suffered bumps and bruises when she was struck by a car on the Allendale campus Thursday afternoon.

The incident occurred shortly before 2 p.m.

An ambulance transferred the woman from the scene, said university spokeswoman Mary Eileen Lyons. She suffered very minor injuries.

Lyons said the woman was in a crosswalk when she was struck by a car driven by a student coming off Ravine Center Drive onto Campus Drive to go to Lake Michigan Drive.
