THURMAN, NY : Man charged with DWI after crash on Route 28 on Wednesday, 28th November 2018

A man from Riparius was charged with driving while intoxicated after he caused a crash on Route 28 late Wednesday, police records show.At least one injury was reported from the 8:50 p.m. crash near the hamlet of the Glen.
