Rogersville, TN : One died, Two injured in a two-vehicle accident on US Hwy 11 near Rogersville Tuesday afternoon on August 5, 2014

A young woman was killed in a two-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon, and injured two others, inlcuding a toddler. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Ashley N. Lawson of Mooresburg, 18, was driving on US Hwy 11 near Rogersville Tuesday at around 1:15 p.m. As she was driving, a tractor-trailer going in the opposite direction tried to make a left turn onto Sneedville Pike, hitting Lawson's car. The driver of other car, Ion Hazapariu, 60, was not hurt in the accident. However, his two passengers, a 19-year-old man and a 8-month-old girl, suffered injuries.
