Bethany,CT : Waterbury man dies in motorcycle crash on May,Wednesday 23rd 2018

A Waterbury man was killed in a motorcycle crash Wednesday night, police said.


State police say a Waterbury man was killed after he crashed a 2001 Honda 900 CBR-RR sport motorcycle, similar to the one shown here. Photo courtesy of Bestcarmag.com

Shortly before 9:30 p.m., state troopers responded to Litchfield Turnpike, which is also known as Route 69, near Hatfield Road where a 2001 Honda CBR-900RR sport bike, also known as a Fireblade, had crashed.

The operator, 36-year-old Adam Corcoran, suffered serious injuries and was transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
