NORWICH, CT : Firefighters rescued drivers after rollover crash in Norwich on Tuesday, 5th November 2024

Fifteen firefighters responded to a rollover crash with entrapment in Norwich on Tuesday afternoon, rescuing the driver trapped inside the vehicle.

Emergency crews arrived at the scene and used Rescue Tech air struts and hydraulic tools to stabilize the vehicle and safely extricate the driver.

The crash, which involved two vehicles, left both drivers with what appeared to be minor injuries.

Both individuals were transported to Backus Hospital for further evaluation, but their injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
