Crestview, FL : Baker man critical condition after motorcycle accident in north Okaloosa County on Monday night, April 4, 2016

A Baker man is in critical condition after dumping his 2007 Harley-Davidson at the intersection of Lake Silver Road and Cricket Lane in north Okaloosa County on Monday night.
According to a press release from the Florida Highway Patrol, Brandon Otto was traveling eastbound on Lake Silver Road toward the intersection with Cricket Lane near Crestview. As Otto entered the intersection, he failed to negotiate the turn to the right, dumping the Harley-Davidson on its right side. The momentum of the spill slid the cycle and driver to the east side of the intersection, where emergency responders found Otto.
The extent of Otto’s injuries were not released, but FHP lists his condition as critical. He was transported to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola.
Otto was not wearing a helmet and the FHP press release said alcohol tests are pending.
