Near Washougal, WA : 38-year-old Stevenson died in crash on SR 14 Saturday, Oct 17, 2015

A 38-year-old Stevenson, Wash. woman was killed in a crash three miles east of here Saturday.

According to Washington State Patrol, Rebekah S. Maggart was driving westbound on SR 14 when she went off the road in her 2013 Jeep Wrangler just after 2:30 p.m. She overcorrected and hit a guardrail.

Maggart was thrown from the car. WSP said she wasn’t wearing a seat belt.

She was taken to PeaceHealth Southwest Washington Medical Center in Vancouver where she died.

Troopers are investigating the cause of the crash.
