Brevard County, FL : Woman killed in crash near Merritt Island Moose Lodge on Thursday evening, October 30, 2014

A 72-year-old woman died after she pulled out of the Moose Lodge parking lot into the path of a truck Wednesday on North Courtenay Parkway, the Florida Highway Patrol reported. Nancy Lincoln was pronounced dead at Cape Canaveral Hospital after the 6:55 p.m. crash just north of State Road 528. Lincoln was driving a 1997 Toyota sedan west through the Moose Lodge parking lot when she drove into the path of a northbound 2001 Ford pickup driven by Jessica Burke, 17, of Cape Canaveral, troopers said. Burke suffered minor injuries, and she was transported to Cape Canaveral Hospital. The crash remains under investigation. Source : Merritt Island woman killed in crash
