BEVERLY, MA : Injuries reported in school bus crash on Route 128 in Beverly on Monday, 15th July 2019

A school bus was involved in a crash on Route 128 north in Beverly Tuesday afternoon, according to Wicked Local news partner WCVB.

State police said the crash involved another vehicle and happened in Beverly between exits 18 and 19.

Officials said 11 children were on the bus at the time of the crash. Six minor injuries were reported and, according to Beverly police, one child was transported to Beverly Hospital with an abdominal injury.

The remaining 10 children were picked up by another van from the same company that owns the bus, which brought them to an area hospital for evaluation.

State police said there were no serious injuries reported at the scene of the crash.
