Ventura ,CA : 28- Years old Bryan Florer burned and killed inside car after Fatal crash along Highway 33 on Thursday night ,April 9th 2015

The driver in a fatal crash on Highway 33 north of Ventura Thursday night was arrested on suspicion of murder and driving under the influence, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported about 11:30 p.m. on the southbound onramp of Casitas Vista Road.

The driver of a gray Honda Accord, Edward Virgilio, 32, apparently went off the ramp, hit a palm tree. The vehicle caught fire and the passenger was pinned inside, officials said.
Virgilio, of Ventura, was able to get out safely, but his passenger, Bryan Florer, 28, was burned while inside the car and died.

The Ventura County Fire Department also responded to the scene.
