Ogden, UT : North Ogden man killed in motorcycle crash on Tuesday, 4th September 2018

Police have released the name of a man killed in a crash involving a motorcycle Tuesday evening.

Corey Thurgood, a 65-year-old North Ogden resident, died from his injuries while on the way to a local hospital via ambulance, according to Ogden Police Lt. Brian Eynon.

Police were dispatched to the crash scene at 8:26 p.m. Tuesday after Thurgood was traveling north on his motorcycle in the 900 North block of Washington Boulevard when a southbound Toyota Camry driven by a 87-year-old woman made a left hand turn in front of him, according to a press release from the Ogden Police.
