A motorcyclist had to be airlifted from a crash in Salisbury Saturday afternoon.
The crash happened on Long Branch Road around 2 p.m.
Troopers say the motorcycle and a pickup truck collided head-on.
Officials say the motorcyclist was taken to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte in critical condition.
The truck driver was not hurt.
