Sacramento Bee - At 11:10 p.m., a red 1998 Acura sedan being driven by Vladimir Sushinskiy, 18, of Sacramento was traveling along eastbound Interstate 80, merging to southbound Interstate 5 at a high rate of speed, said Officer Lizz Dutton of the California Highway Patrol.
