Rochester, N.Y : One dead after 3-vehicle crash in Rochester early Saturday, February 25, 2017

A man was killed in a three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Bay and Hebard streets in Rochester early Saturday morning.

Rochester police said the unidentified man was dead when officers arrived at the scene about 3 a.m.

An occupant of a second vehicle involved in the crash was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with injuries. Occupants of the third vehicle fled the scene, said Rochester Police Capt. LaRon Singletary.

Investigators are attempting to reconstruct the crash and are seeking out witnesses, police said.

No other information was immediately available.

The investigation is ongoing.
