The Virginia Department of Transportation says there is currently a tractor-trailer accident on Interstate 81 South near mile marker 215.4 in Augusta County.
Traffic is currently backed up around 5 miles and the southbound lane and shoulder are closed. Drivers can expect delays until further notice.
