Delaware State Police say alcohol is believed to be a factor in a head-on crash that injured two people, one critically.
The News Journal reports that the crash occurred Monday night along state Route 273.
Sgt. Richard Bratz says an eastbound pickup truck swerved into westbound traffic and hit a Nissan Altima head-on. Bratz says alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
