Studio City,CA : Motorcyclist killed in 101 Freeway crash is identified on February, Saturday 24th 2018

The coroner’s office Saturday publicly identified the motorcyclist killed in a crash on the eastbound Ventura (101) Freeway.

He was Christopher Banuelos, 30, coroner’s Investigator Kristy McCracken said.

The motorcyclist now identified as Banuelos died at the scene of the crash, about 8:40 a.m. Friday at Tujunga Avenue, the California Highway Patrol said.

Three freeway lanes were blocked while an investigation was conducted.
