Raleigh ,NC :Camp Lejeune Marine killed in hit-and-run on Friday , June 26th 2015

A U.S. Marine got into a car accident Friday night and when he got out of car to cheak the damage, he was struck by another car, Raleigh police said.Nathan Bizzel, 20, of Camp Lejeune, was killed by the blow around 10 p.m.,according to pokice.Officer said the driver ran away on foot.Police charged Joseph Passalinqua Jr.,32, of Raleigh, with felony hit-and-run involved death. They also charged Kathleen Capece, 32, of Raleigh,with aid and abet felony hit-and-run involved a death.
