MAYES COUNTY, OK : 35-year-old woman dead following Mayes County crash on Sunday, 17th November 2024

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a 35-year-old woman is dead after a crash in Mayes County on Sunday.

OHP said the crash happened as 42-year-old Mardio A. Murphy was driving a pickup truck on the Cherokee Turnpike around two miles west of Locust Grove, just before 7 p.m.

Murphy was taken to the hospital with external injuries.
