Chattanooga, TN : Police identify victim in fatal motorcycle crash on Bonny Oaks Drive on May, Saturday, 20th 2017

Officials have identified the motorcyclist who died after crashing into a pickup truck Saturday afternoon, according to a news release from the Chattanooga Police Department.

Kirk M. Parrigin, 47, died from injuries sustained in the crash that took place in the 6900 block of Bonny Oaks Drive about 4:30 p.m.

Parrigin was riding a black Harley Davidson motorcycle and ran into the back of a maroon Nissan Frontier driven by Michael Holloway, 64, that was stopped behind other vehicles on Bonny Oaks Drive westbound.

Parrigin was unresponsive at the scene and was transported to a local hospital by Hamilton County Emergency Services where he died. Holloway was uninjured.

Officers with the traffic division investigating the crash.
