CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA : I-81 southbound reopens in Cumberland County after crash closed all lanes on Sunday, 28th February 2021

A crash on Interstate 81 southbound closed all lanes in Cumberland County for about an hour on Sunday.

Crews were called to I-81 at mile marker 33 near Exit 37 to Newville just before 4 p.m. Sunday.

Emergency Dispatch Services tells us the number of patients and vehicles involved in unknown but say the coroner has not been called. A helicopter was called but was unable to assist due to weather.

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the crash.
