Little Rock, AR : Minor injuries in rollover accident at the 10000 block of 292nd Road on Wednesday, 15th January, 2020

Firefighters were stunned to see only minor injuries after a woman and two children were involved Wednesday morning in a rollover accident.

Arkansas City fire/EMS responded at 8:02 a.m. to the 10000 block of 292nd Road for a one-vehicle rollover injury accident, east of Ark City.A sheriff’s report states that Rachel Freihoff and two juveniles were traveling eastbound in a 2001 Dodge Durango when Freihoff attempted to miss a deer, swerving off the road on the south side and rolling at least once.

ACFD Lt. Cody Ball said when they arrived, the vehicle was on its top with two unrestrained children and the driver, Freihoff, inside. They were able to pry the doors open to remove the occupants.

Freihoff and the juveniles were transported by ambulance as non-emergent patients to South Central Kansas Medical Center for treatment.
