Phoenix, AZ : The driver and 2 passengers injured in crash Friday around 12:45 a.m July 18th 2014.

It was a rude awakening for one valley woman as a car crashed into her home and ripped off part of building. It appears the driver was headed north on 13th Place -- you can see it kind of dead ends here. Well, the driver didn't stop. He ended up plowing right into the home and then ran off from the scene.
Sabrina Duff spent the morning sifting through the rubble of what was her guest bedroom -- the room her niece was supposed to stay in until her visit was canceled.
"Her head is usually right here on the end where the car hit," said Duff.Duff says it was around 12:45 a.m. -- she was asleep in her room with her dog at the other end of the house when she heard it.
"I thought something exploded or a bomb went off."With the flashers on, a car sat perched where you wouldn't expect it -- surrounded by debris. Neighbors came out just in time to see three men make a run for it.
Two suspects -- passengers, according to investigators, were eventually caught, questioned and released. Their names were not released.
Impairment and speed are probable factors in the crash. The home owner pointed out the skid marks on Campbell Street. You could see that they continue onto the sidewalk through the front lawn all the way into that guest bedroom.
