Lebanon, IN : Lebanon woman died early in a two-vehicle crash on Thursday, October 5, 2017

A Lebanon woman died early Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash about four miles east of Cicero in Hamilton County.

Bethany G. Moore, 23, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 6:55 a.m. collision between her 2008 Honda Civic and a 2015 Ford F350 pickup driven by Joshua L. Prater, 33, Anderson, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post.

Investigators said that Moore was driving east on Strawtown Avenue, west of Prairie Baptist Road, when for unknown reasons she crossed the double yellow centerline and struck Prater, who was westbound on Strawtown Avenue.

Prater was taken to a hospital for treatment of unspecified pain. Toxicology test results on both drivers are pending.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Crash Team is investigating the accident.
