A Clear Lake woman was hurt in a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in rural Clear Lake.
The Iowa State Patrol said Tami Nelson, 53, Forest City, failed to yield a 2012 Ford Aerotech bus at a stop sign at the intersection of county roads B-20 and S-18 around 1:41 p.m.
Nelson struck the driver’s side of a 1998 Buick driven by Wilma Anderson, 70, of Lake Mills, the State Patrol said, sending both vehicles spinning around in the intersection.
A passenger in Anderson’s vehicle, Teresa Meling, 52, Clear Lake, was injured.
Meling’s condition wasn’t available Friday afternoon.
Fire departments from Mason City and Clear Lake provided assistance at the scene.
