One person has died in a crash on I-85 in north Charlotte, according to MEDIC.
The crash happened on I-85 near Exit 39 for Statesville Avenue. The collision happened under the I-77 overpass.
Officials have not said if anyone else was hurt in the wreck.
Traffic funneled through two of the four northbound lanes so you should expect delays if traveling that way. Officials ask that you use caution in the area as emergency crews are on scene.
