A man drove his car filled with propane tanks into his ex-girlfriend's apartment in Florida, killing himself after the vehicle exploded into flames.

Video of the crash’s aftermath shows the car engulfed in flames before it explodes and screams can be heard in the background.

The apartment building's residents were left homeless after the blaze Tuesday afternoon, fire officials said.Fire crews responded to the scene where a car plowed into a residential building in Fort Pierce at 12:48 p.m., the St. Lucie County Fire Rescue said.
