Jeep Fatal Accident in Grand Gorge New York

The driver of a Jeep Grand Cherokee was driving South on Interstate 99 around 10 Sunday morning when the SUV went into the gravel berm. The driver tried to steer back onto the highway but lost control, rolled in the median and violently flipped several times finally stopping in the Northbound lanes. 20 year old Kevin Breen of Merrick, New York died at the Mount Nittany Medical Center. His passenger 22 year old Ian Richardson was treated and released from Mount Nittany this afternoon. Northbound traffic was detoured for about 3 hours until the highway reopened.
