COLORADO SPRINGS, CO : Bicyclist killed in crash in northwest Colorado Springs on Sunday, 8th November, 2020

Colorado Springs Police said a bicyclist has died after he was hit by a car Sunday afternoon. The crash happened on Centennial Boulevard near Garden of the Gods Road. in northwest Colorado Springs.

Investigators said Richard Timberlake, 74, was traveling southbound on Centennial Blvd. when he swerved out of the bike lane across multiple lanes of traffic and was hit by a southbound black Subaru.

Several people saw the crash happen.
