BAINBRIDGE TOWNSHIP, OH : 1 dead after crash on U.S. 422 in Bainbridge Township on Thursday, January 19th 2017

One person died after a crash on U.S. Route 422 Thursday.

The Bainbridge Township Police Department reported that a car was driving east near state Route 306 when the car struck a disabled vehicle parked on the side of the road just before 1 p.m.

The passenger in the car that was driving was taken to the Ahuja Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the car was also taken to Ahuja.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the victim as 50-year-old Luz Alberto Mendoza of Sheffield Lake.
