Louisville, KY : Motorcyclist killed in crash on Bluegrass Parkway on Sunday September 27 2015.

Kentucky State Police are investigating a deadly crash that shut down a portion of the Bluegrass Parkway on Sunday.The crash was reported at 6 p.m. Sunday in the westbound lanes at mile marker 8.
Police sais Joel Stegner, 20, was driving east on the Bluegrass Parkway when his car left the roadway, traveling through the median toward oncoming traffic in the westbound lanes.
His Ford Focus struck Michael Sinclair, 58, of Canada, who was riding a motorcycle west on the Bluegrass Parkway. Sinclair was pronounced dead at the scene.
Stegner was mechanically extricated from his vehicle and flown to University of Louisville Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
