Carson man dies from hit-and-run accident at Tahoe in Las Vegas Nevada

A 31-year-old Carson City man has died from injuries he suffered in a hit-and-run accident last month at Lake Tahoe.
The Nevada Highway Patrol and local police are continuing to search for the blue Dodge pickup that struck Cody Dobson on U.S. Highway 50 near Stateline on Aug. 10.The patrol said in an updated report on Monday that Dobson was pronounced dead at Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno on Aug. 23.A witness said Dobson may have stumbled from a nearby sidewalk before he was hit on the highway's eastbound lane just east of the MontBleu Resort Casino. Investigators say he may have been intoxicated. They say the blue pickup may have had a matching camper shell.Anyone with information is asked to contact the patrol at 775-689-4623.
