Pennsylvania, Allentown : A motorcycle crash in Lower Mount Bethel Township on Monday, 18th June 2018

A Bangor man was killed Monday in a motorcycle crash in Lower Mount Bethel Township, state police said.

Michael Hennessy, 43, was driving north on a curve on Lower South Main Street, just north of Good Road, at 11:54 a.m. when he hit a guardrail at “a high rate of speed” and was thrown from his bike, police said.

The accident happened about 3 miles south of Bangor, police said. Fire police closed down the road for the investigation.
