MANDAN, ND : Driver arrested in Mandan after fatal collision on Wednesday, 18th November, 2020
A 19-year-old driver accused of fatally striking a Bismarck man on Tuesday, Nov. 17, in Mandan was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving hours before the deadly crash.
TC Carry Moccasin of Mandan appeared Wednesday, Nov. 18, in Morton County District Court on felony charges of criminal vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment in connection to the crash that killed 42-year-old Mark Streeper. He also was charged with misdemeanor counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated.
On Monday night, Bismarck police arrested Carry Moccasin on suspicion of drunken driving at about 11 p.m. His blood alcohol content was 0.19%, more than twice the legal limit, court documents said.
