Jacksonville police investigated a crash near Downtown Jacksonville. A driver hit a bicyclist on Liberty Street. The bicyclist was not wearing a helmet and was bleeding from the head as a result of the crash. The bicyclist was walking after the crash, but was sent to the hospital .
