WEST BRIDGEWATER, MA : Fiery crash snarls early-morning commute on Route 24 on Wednesday, 6th February 2019

A 46-year-old man died early Wednesday in a crash on Route 24 in West Bridgewater.
Officers were called to the crash at 2:17 a.m. in a southbound lane. Troopers found a 2014 Chevrolet Cruz driven by Dwayne Williams, of Taunton, had crashed into the back of a Isuzu box truck driven by a 71-year-old Whitman man.The box truck had just began merging from the breakdown lane, into the first travel lane, in front of the Chevrolet Cruz, at a much lower speed, police said.
Williams was unable to slow down enough without colliding with the box truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
