An accident currently has traffic backed up on Interstate 78 West near the Lehigh Street exit, Lehigh County dispatchers confirmed.

According to 511PA.com, the multi-vehicle crash occurred on I-78 West about 1.4 miles east of the Emmaus Avenue exit (Exit 58).
