A bicyclist was flown to a regional trauma center after he and a sedan collided on Route 93 Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened just before noon on the state route, also known as Broad Street, between the office of Magisterial District Judge Joseph Zola, Hazleton and the Hazleton Elks Lodge, just west of Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hazleton.
An ambulance drove the injured male bicyclist from the crash site to the hospital helipad near by and he was flown to another facility from there, according to police.
