Cape Girardeau, MO : Woman injured in stolen car crashes on Monday morning July 21st 2014

One woman is hospitalized after a stolen car crashed during a police pursuit in southeast Missouri.

The accident happened Monday morning in Cape Girardeau. An officer spotted a car that had been reported stolen Monday and began pursuing it.

The stolen car tried to turn onto a street but rolled over. The male driver was arrested and a female passenger was taken to a hospital. Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
