NEW HAVEN, VT : Bristol woman killed in crash on Wednesday, December 14th 2016

A Bristol woman was killed in a crash in New Haven Wednesday morning.

It happened at about 5:40 a.m. Vermont State Police say Marietta Pomainville, 62, was on Main Street when her car spun in the roadway, crossed the centerline and hit a tree.

Police say the crash is still under investigation but they do not believe impairment was a factor. Anyone with information on the crash is asked to call state police in New Haven at 802-388-4919.
