Memphis, TN : One person dead and several children injured after a two-car crash at Lamar Avenue and McLean Boulevard on Tuesday, Nov 17, 2015

One adult is dead and several children were injured after a crash at Lamar Avenue and McLean Boulevard.

The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. Two cars collided near the intersection in the Cooper-Young neighborhood.

Memphis police said two adults were taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition. One of those adults died from their injuries.

Four children are also being treated for injuries. One child is in critical condition.
