St. Paul, MN : Oakdale driver ID’d in high-speed head-on crash on Roseville street on Friday, December 2nd, 2016

Roseville police have identified the drivers of two vehicles involved in a head-on collision Friday in Roseville.

Michael Flodine, 49, of Oakdale drove his car down a Minnesota 36 embankment and then sped along a busy Roseville street at more than 100 mph before hitting an SUV head-on around noon Friday, police said Monday.

Court records show Flodine has been cited for speeding and other traffic violations in the past.
