Ripley County, IN : Three people killed after car collided with tractor-trailer on U.S. 50, west of Cincinnati on Tuesday, April 5, 2016

Three people have been killed in an overnight crash in southern Indiana.

The crash was reported at about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. 50 in Ripley County, west of Cincinnati.

State police said a tractor-trailer and car collided.

Two adults and a child inside the car were killed.

Investigators have not identified the victims.

The driver of the tractor-trailer is listed in stable condition.

The cause of the crash is unknown.
