Portland, OR : Teen killed in Foster Road wreck on Monday, 9th April 2018
Portland police identified 16-year-old James Carrol Freeman as the person killed in a single-vehicle car wreck early Monday on Southeast Foster Road.
Police say they expect charges against the driver, who suffered serious injuries and allegedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.126 percent – well above the legal limit of 0.08.
Police said a black Honda sedan with a driver and a passenger drove down an embankment near the 14700 block of Southeast Foster Road around 1:15 a.m. Monday. Investigators said they found one person pinned underneath the car. That person, apparently Freeman, died at the scene.
