Chicago, IL : Findlay man injured in Melrose Avenue crash on Wednesday, 10th October 2018

A Findlay man was injured in a two-vehicle crash around 3:34 p.m. in the 100 block of West Melrose Avenue, the Findlay Police Department reported.
Blake Watson, 19, of Findlay, had just parked his 2006 Scion when a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer struck the left side of his vehicle and proceeded to hit a power pole, police said.
The Blazer’s driver, Steve Bash, 70, of Findlay, was transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital with a suspected head injury from the crash and a possible prior medical issue. Watson was uninjured.
Bash’s vehicle was towed from the scene, and the accident remains under investigation.
Hanco EMS and R&A Towing assisted at the scene.
