Harlan, KY : Man dies after crash with a coal truck in Harlan County on May 19th 2014

A man died in a crash in Harlan County Monday afternoon.

Officers say 61-year-old Michael Surber died while driving on Cloverlick Road near Cumberland when he hit a coal truck.

Surber was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers say alcohol is not a factor, but they do say Surber was not wearing a seat belt.
