Scottsbluff, NE : Woman injured in crash near Mitchell on Monday, November, 20th 2017

An adult woman has been transported to Regional West Medical Center as the result of injuries she suffered in a collision near Mitchell Monday morning.

Mitchell authorities were called to the collision of a semi and SUV collision at about 6:30 a.m. The crash occurred on Highway 26 west of Mitchell, according to scanner traffic.

The woman was transported by Air Link, according to Mitchell Police Chief Mike Cotant. The semi driver was uninjured.

The Nebraska State Patrol is investigating.
